@wordpressdotcom But, we tried this, and it was impossible to recover. Second, why did we lose access to our accounts in the first place? How is that possible? I'm afraid, but I believe we will have to change hosting provider.

@wordpressdotcom I have used a WordPress name server since 2009. I have never switched my site to any other server. I've now completed all fields to "switch to Wordpress server" & must wait 72 hours for "changes" - even tho I changed nothing. Can you tell me why this suddenly happened? Thx.

@chiddickstree @WordPress Yes, I texted them and they say that they try to fix it. They don't apologize because the hosting service that they offer works fine... It's definetly their fault since photos stared to not work simuteanously to twitter and facebook. @wordpressdotcom any thoughts about that?

@dbchhbr @wordpressdotcom My short list of requirements for every web host: SFTP, SSH, WP-CLI, API & sharable portal for customers. My wish list is everything manageable via API: SSL, domain mappings, server redirections/configuration, CDN, site creation/deletion and etc. Simple to understand billing.
