@serehfas @WestnetAU If you leave them make sure they aren’t taking small amounts out after you leave them incase you go back to them . We had net and phone with them my ex set it up I had to get her to stop the fee going out refused to listen to me I was the name on the account go figure

@serehfas @WestnetAU And she yelled at me you don’t need money at the pub . Told female coworkers who told me she’s playing around on me . If she was no clue except for 1 and not working she left got a job straight away paying great go figure . There was stuff going on some electrician laughed at me

@mickyj63 @WestnetAU Yeah, big issue where auth person and debit account holder are not the same. My ex took a different tack and just stopped paying for stuff in both names so I copped the bill as both were liable. He was only on 130k ten yrs ago, poor dear. I was unemployed thanks to his accident.

@LindaLeavitt16 @WestnetAU @iiNet There was no thing about that at all. And it was NOT free of charge because they billed and I paid in May as well. Then another invoice last month. For emails hammered by spam for years and didn’t work properly for last 4.

Get this. @WestnetAU have decided to shut down their emails. Anyone using their email addresses has to 22nd before they are shut and everything deleted. Given they just invoices customers for these same email addresses. Wonder if the done same to @iiNet customers. #auspol

@WestnetAU What does it take to get you to reply to an email? You’ve charged me for an email address which I never asked for and never used, and even if I had, I told you to cancel. I’ve been emailing you for 3 weeks, with no reply. Do you consider this good customer service ??
