@MeirnonArt @TheCartelDel @PlayWarframe It kind of isn’t, though! I brought up Roblox to establish that there is clearly a much less ethical example currently active; therefore, the legal difficulty is less of an issue than the ethical difficulty.

@TheCartelDel @PlayWarframe The Farming Simulator modding scene is similar but purely for engagement. IIRC, the mods are free but GIANTS paid a certain small fraction per official download from their hosting website. For a relatively small amount of money, you get an extremely dedicated community.

@TheCartelDel @gwumbyverse @PlayWarframe Isn't one direct downside of your point 4 that people making skins for unpopular characters did a lot of work for maybe nothing ? I still think rev sharing is good in game ( when done correctly ) but studios should provide a minimum payout if chosen.

@GunzKwang @PlayWarframe I man just look at the accounts they have 0 to 1 followers and only reply with the same garbage. They’re bot accounts and the account they’re promoting is just going to steal more of your info ._.

@GunzKwang @PlayWarframe Just change your passwords on everything you can access, reset and wipe your pc only grabbing the files you absolutely need and can’t replace. Then just wait for Warframe support to recover your account. All these other people replying are probably just trying to scam you.
