@TechGuideAU @StephenFenech @Optus @opensignal @Telstra @VodafoneAU I would have weighted the comparison more towards coverage rather than speed. I’m comforted that on the @Telstra network I’m more likely than not to have coverage.

@VodafoneAU I got a 4G/5G home internet service today and I can't get internet. It says 'connected' on every device I log into, but also says 'no internet'. I've tried a reset, turning it off and on. I even took out the SIM and reinserted it. I've been on hold for one hour. Help!

@VodafoneAU Sunday at the Aust GP. B/w 1-5pm I could not send or receive emails calls and texts or use the internet. Nothing at all. Zombie zone. What on earth am I paying you for if for 4 hours your network wouldn’t/couldn’t work. Explain this complete failure of your service.

.@VodafoneAU should do eSIM swap verifications via email too, like Boost. Did a swap an hour ago, it failed to download on my phone, and the app reset without allowing me to try downloading again. Now, I have no connection and have to go to a store tomorrow afternoon.
