@VodafoneAU Sunday at the Aust GP. B/w 1-5pm I could not send or receive emails calls and texts or use the internet. Nothing at all. Zombie zone. What on earth am I paying you for if for 4 hours your network wouldn’t/couldn’t work. Explain this complete failure of your service.

@binaryADD @VodafoneAU @TPG_Telecom Between Yarra trams screwing the locals with changed routes and network providers not pushing enough bandwidth into the towers, you'd think the GP just pops up out of nowhere with no warning.

@VodafoneAU Did you not read what I wrote? I was not covered. I had no service. For 4 hours. Other people who weren’t hostage to Vodafone were fine texting, emailing etc. Their providers planned for lots of people. You didn’t and don’t even have the grace to apologise.

Wow. @VodafoneAU is pretty useless with their eSIM system. Apparently, they can't do an eSIM activation without sending a SMS code to the actual number, so I need to go to a store and swap to a physical SIM before I can get a new eSIM. Worst system of all the carriers.

Used Live Chat in the @VodafoneAU app to ask, and can't even get a new activation through chat. Will try calling in the morning before work because it'd be really inconvenient without a phone during the day. Sigh.

.@VodafoneAU should do eSIM swap verifications via email too, like Boost. Did a swap an hour ago, it failed to download on my phone, and the app reset without allowing me to try downloading again. Now, I have no connection and have to go to a store tomorrow afternoon.
