The award for worst bloddy internet service provider goes to Vividwireless Australia! We have been with them for 5 years and you always get issues on and off with the speed but it's only been getting worse. We called in May when the internet just stopped working well for days and a guy promised a credit on the account which we accepted. We called up today and first this other guys said yes there is a note on the file but not sure why the credit was not processed and then he quickly turned around and said that we cannot do anything about that because we did not hear back from you regarding that offer for credit. Now they are saying that we are going to waive the fee for upcoming month but it does not make sense because I am going to cancel the service anyways. Sucking our hard earned money to increase profits!

Hey Vividwireless Australia, since upgrading to the new 4G modem, our internet speed is terrible, much worse than the last one. I'm really struggling trying to run my business with this new speed :( will it get any better? I've been with you guys for years I'd hate to have to change to a new provider :(

Vividwireless Australia is a joke!!! after 7 years of being a loyal customer, they are discontinuing my account, becaue they are turning off their "old" system and their "new" system does not service my address, How Pathetic... what kind of company does that tho just gets rid of long standing loyal customers. Oh and without any compensation for the inconvenience too.

The worst experience in customer service. Been trying to get our new unit connected to ADSL2 for two months. Two installation dates were given, stayed home both times, nothing. Called repeatedly to follow up, alternately told the systems are down or simply hung up on. Today we were told that our installation didn't go ahead because (unlike 2 months ago when we started this process) NBN is now available to us. Told we're being transferred to an NBN sales person. Hung up on us. Call back again. Explain situation. Hung up on again. What is your problem, TPG? Do you not want our business? Were it not for Vividwireless Australia who are amazing and lifesavers my job and livelihood would be non existent thanks to your inability to provide your service.
