@AvisFrance @Visa @VisaCA @Avis @Budget They then admit this was an error and remove the funds from my card and are going to take me to collections because I have not paid the invoice (charges they acceptable responsibility for) and at the same time it indicates I am not being responsive in the matter

@AvisFrance @Visa @VisaCA @Avis @Budget finally they act....... the gave me hundreds of dollars in credit on my credit card which was wrong in itself. They don't owe me a dime! All they need to do is let their billing dept. know to not invoice me further as they accepted responsibility for the charges

@AvisFrance @Visa @VisaCA @Avis @Budget fast forward to feb 2024, we receive our first of 3 invoices for the exact amount that was refunded by Visa after Avis accepted responsibility for the charges. Since then I have been actively trying to discuss the matter to bring awareness.
