@AvisFrance@Visa@VisaCA@Avis@Budget 1/2 really @AvisFrance ?!?! cannot even call me as you promised and force me to take to "X" again as this is the only way you guys seems to engage.
At what point will you do what is right.? I am asking for nothing from you except to stop the billing for the charges that:
@AvisFrance@Visa@VisaCA@Avis@Budget They then admit this was an error and remove the funds from my card and are going to take me to collections because I have not paid the invoice (charges they acceptable responsibility for) and at the same time it indicates I am not being responsive in the matter
@AvisFrance@Visa@VisaCA@Avis@Budget finally they act....... the gave me hundreds of dollars in credit on my credit card which was wrong in itself. They don't owe me a dime! All they need to do is let their billing dept. know to not invoice me further as they accepted responsibility for the charges
@AvisFrance@Visa@VisaCA@Avis@Budget fast forward to feb 2024, we receive our first of 3 invoices for the exact amount that was refunded by Visa after Avis accepted responsibility for the charges. Since then I have been actively trying to discuss the matter to bring awareness.
@AvisFrance@Visa@VisaCA@Avis@Budget I am told that this will take months to resolve, but in the interim, they seem to not be able to stop the collections from their billing and finance department
@londoncityguyuk@DDhopn@plutus@Visa@HelloThredd Apple Pay was unofficially working with some ranges of the Plutus card, because they were most likely testing and ironing out the last couple of issues with them.
Our best bet is to wait a tiny bit longer for the official release. Shouldn't take much longer.
