Just sat in a @Verizon for a very long time only for them to tell me they can’t even help with my account at all. I walked in and explained what I needed before checking in and they said they could help. Cool.

@swd2 23 yrs with @Verizon. They charge me a shit ton but I haven’t had 1 issue in those 23 yrs. I also use the dt Seattle store as my personal tech support.

So, kudos to the person who helped me. Shame on the support ppl who gave me bad info; I could have fixed this issue days ago. & shame on @verizon for knowing this was an issue & not proactively rolling out this fix or messaging abt it on their site (where I could find it myself)

Finding multiple reports of network issues with @Verizon (found cos I haven't received texts for 2 days now). And at least one person was told it will take them 4-5 days to fix. Yikes. But also hearing they are trying to keep it quiet... Your friends might not be ghosting you

@Verizon Why are you ripping off customers? My bill is supposed to be $146 before tax and it's was almost $300 for no apparent reason. Your customer support FU*KING PATHETIC! Not one person knows how to do their jobs, why can't you guys upgrade your TRASH network for the greater good.

@Verizon your customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. From being out right completely ignored after trying to resolve an issue for over 6 hours with information that was never provided to me in the first place. Do I just cancel my services at this point?
