After speaking with Orlando (great agent), I would love to stay with @Verizon just to save myself the time and hassle, but in the best interest of lower fees and a new account I may look into @ATT. $80 in fees is rough, & no type of economic assistance/understanding :(

@Verizon charging an upgrade fee for the right to buy a new phone for your network.. which is being sold as giving me customer service access and troubleshooting for the phone? Perhaps I am misunderstanding the purpose of the fee..
