@Verizon Can I please speak with a live customer service person in AMERICA on the phone about your gouging price after I ordered a new line to get a free iphone 14. My bill was suppose to increase from $96 per month to $183 per month but instead I got a huge bill for $372!!

@ChrisBrazille @Verizon WOW!!! I always thought Verizon was the best in the market. We have Spectrum, who uses Verizon towers & we rarely have issues (knocking wood). Move on sir!

@Mintmobile Why is my 5th post posted twice, but my first post isn’t showing? @Verizon: On Dec 11, my service stopped working. Strike 1 After hours on the phone with tech support and being disconnected 5 times, we finally got it working. Strike 2 I got notified my plan changed. 1/5Related Services
