@Verizon @Beyonce I've been a customer for 20 years and after paying over $300 on Sunday for a phone that was supposed to be free, you are charging me an activation fee again for the same number? I will dispute the charge on my credit card as it was supposed to be a free upgrade.

Hi, has anybody received a good way to actually fix the problem of @VerizonSupport cell phones going into SOS mode repeatedly? We’ve reached out several times to @Verizon and haven’t been able to fix it yet. Looks like an ongoing problem, based on searching “SOS + Verizon” on X.

@Verizon your cell phone company is ridiculous. Can’t talk to anyone, paid an amount and it is not being counted?? What the hell is wrong with your damn company. I’m switching to @TMobile.

@verizon you have oversold capacity for you network so badly that these terrible devices work with data ONLY when Im connected to WiFi. Constantly trying to use my phone on your “superior network” only for it to just error out.

Do not fall for the @Verizon scam of ordering phone and new service online with trade in. You will pay for order and shipping after being approved. So you’ll cancel your current service then order is cancelled.Related Services
