Hey @Verizon just wanted y'all to know y'all lost a loyal customer today. I been a loyal customer since 2004 and it's been a good 20 years, but I was treated like shit in one of your retail stores. The mistreatment lost me for life, customer service is everything. ✌

@Verizon @Beyonce I'm getting so sick of Verizon's exorbitant charges when T-mobile is offering half the price for four lines!!! Wtfck would we need home electronic insurance when all we own are Verizon cell phones? $175 over the past seven months and they're saying we ok'ed it!!! NO WE DIDN'T
