@Verizon it is absolutely ridiculous that because your company got rid of my previous phone plan (unlimited plus) I had to switch to one of the new ones you offer. So I reached out to a customer service agent and they recommended the new (welcome) plan. I was uninformed that 1/2

If you ever switch from @Verizon to another carrier beware. They completely revoked your access to your account. I can't see billing history, billing statements, nothing. They've locked my account and I can't even sign in under their "deactivated account sign in". They're a joke
