It’s ridiculous that @Verizon is raising their smart watch plans to $15/month ($20 with surcharges). That’s the same monthly price as a full-blown smartphone “line access fee” which is also, in and of itself, ridiculous. Looks like I’ll be canceling that plan.

@JimmyClareSpeak @Verizon @FTC I'm losing money today because of their unannounced outage. If they had sent out a warning about the work they're doing in the neighborhood i could have made other plans for work. @Verizon sucks.

@VerizonSupport @Verizon any phone any condition trade-in and I am being an outrageous amount and keep getting the phones sent back to me and the cost of the phone is added to my bill which has gotten ridiculous. Been with you for 20 years doesn’t look like it’s going to be 21.
