My bill is 100+ dollars this month and that is unfair to me because Iā€™ve been calling 611 for 2weeks straight trying to resolve an service issue with my phone while Im at home. I even visited a @UScellular store to resolve my issue and left with no solution @UScellularCares !!

Thinking about @TMobile, have @UScellularCares 20+yrs. Tower at 2059 180TH ST, BURLINGTON IA less than 4 miles away, can see red light on tower. Yet no signal, none, nada. Use to until last few months then nothing, but it will come up with LTE every now & then. #USCellularSucks

My phone was canceled by @UScellularCares in November even though I was behind by a hundred and they refused to turn it back on. When I did get it back on it took them 6 days before they would turn it back on. I get my bill in December it was over 400.

@UScellular @UScellularCares I just moved to Chicago from Milwaukee and when I tried to buy some headphones they said I was not able to because my address is out of network? Iā€™m not able to go into a store (since there are none) I wish I wouldā€™ve known and I wouldā€™ve canceled.

@UScellularCares Any phone free? Fine print says with a 36-month contract, and youā€™ll be paying for that ā€œfreeā€ phone during those 36 months. Thatā€™s what I am stuck doing. Iā€™m planning on leaving US Cellular immediately after I get my iPhone paid for. Youā€™re lying in your ads.

@UScellularCares Iā€™ve been online, on the phone, on messenger and have done everything I was told to do. TWO DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE. Lastly I was told there is an outage in my area - zip 99350. Losing patience!

@UScellularCares my friend is using US cellular and in canada. He doesnā€™t get any signal in canada even though turned on his roaming. Tried airplane mode on/off and no luck. Would you be able to help?

Gonna be filing a second FCC complaint against @UScellularCares @UScellular yā€™all donā€™t care bout your customers and you guys took the blame that the service sucks in my area cuz you havenā€™t worked on the towers and you guys arenā€™t working with me at all to get it resolved!
