@oliver_drk Yeah, EGS, Uplay, and Origin have all been catching shit for years from PC players. People would outright refuse to buy games sold exclusively sold on the EGS. Helldivers 2 is especially hot because it’s coming 3 months after launch, which proves it isn’t a necessity.

@Madz_MG @dasmg @LegacyKillaHD It's a similar principle to why people hate 3rd party launchers that require their own accounts, (Think Uplay) if I didn't buy it on that platform, why the fuck do I need to make an account for that platform?

@Joeybatz35 Because 1) You're a tool. and 2) You shouldn't have to link to any accounts. You buy a game; you play the game. Every account link you make is just another opportunity for someone to steal your information or shove microtransations in your face. You have Uplay, you know this.
