Freezing in my @Uber coming home from the airport because I have to have the windows down due to the extreme B.O. and when you stop at the lights, it’s worse as there is no airflow. Business comfort my ass.

@Nickilishious @Uber In the Philly area during rush hour yesterday I gave 4 straight trips (2 UberX, 2 Comfort) where I received around 40-45% of the passenger payment. There were ‘zero’ driver surge spots all day, which must have been intentional as Thurs AM & PM are gridlock traffic situations.

@TriciaOhio @Uber Uber black has become the only viable option unless you want an old car that’s likely smoked in with a terrible driver … Uber comfort doesn’t improve it either ..

@Uber My 80yr old dad, w/ a cane, called a comfort Uber to go 3 blocks at 21:45pm bc he was having trouble walking in 45 degree temp. He was physically incapable of getting in the back seat of the camry. Your driver refused to let him in the front seat. Will never use Uber again.
