If you’re thinking of driving for @Uber DONT . I’ve called 5 times trying to get an issue regarding my app solved and I still havnt gotten it fixed. Instead after spending an hour taking to someone I get hit with an automatic message that doesn’t even address my issue .

@Uber keeps saying it has been passed on but when I check on the case, they keep closing it. I was in a foreign country and didn’t know the language very well. I was scared and paid the man! Uber is doing absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

I’ve been trying to get someone from @Uber to address the extremely dangerous situation in February I was put in when the driver cancelled the ride after pick up. He then claimed his phone didn’t have signal and drove me to the airport before demanding more than double the rate!

#UberEats displays discount to claim within a short time on the app and while you purchase they dont apply discount. Canceling response requires 6-12h response from their side and When you complain about discount they are asking for screenshot #uber #nyc #newyork #usa #LA
