@Uber I got cheated today by a driver. He never showed, but claimed to pick me up and took off without me. I canceled the trip and got another ride, but I got charged a cancellation fee. I called and messaged, he never responded. How do I file a complaint and get my fee back?

Two very shocking unsafe incidents with @UberIN_Support in a span of 3 days. This includes one where driver was taking a different route. Response to complaint is, we will take action but we wont tell you. No more @Uber for me.
