Extremely disappointed with @Uber service! Driver didn't turn on AC, resulting in a cab filled with mosquitoes. My 7-month-old daughter got bitten. Despite raising concerns via email, no action taken. Requested refund but still no response. Unacceptable! #Uber #CustomerService

@imYadav31 @Uber_Support @Uber_India @Uber_India @Uber I wrote to Uber many times about my incident when the driver intentionally slow down and a snatcher snatched my phone. I asked him to chase the snatcher, he wasn’t even listening. I lost a brand new iPhone that night.

@Steveaaaaa @Uber_Support @Uber @sergioaved @TheRideshareGuy Unfortunately this was a 17 min ride for $42 with $18 surge so was well worth it! Then again it wasnt. I have the riders name and address I will send them a 30 day letter then if not paid then small claims here I come! throw in addtl $200 for loss of pay for sunday. UBER sucks
