@imYadav31 @Uber_Support @Uber_India @Uber_India @Uber I wrote to Uber many times about my incident when the driver intentionally slow down and a snatcher snatched my phone. I asked him to chase the snatcher, he wasn’t even listening. I lost a brand new iPhone that night.

@DreBob0 @sergioaved @Uber No I’ve asked a bunch of riders and although I was thinking like you and further that you couldn’t get one, I later some big multiplier surges after a few crap rides

@Steveaaaaa @Uber_Support @Uber @sergioaved @TheRideshareGuy Unfortunately this was a 17 min ride for $42 with $18 surge so was well worth it! Then again it wasnt. I have the riders name and address I will send them a 30 day letter then if not paid then small claims here I come! throw in addtl $200 for loss of pay for sunday. UBER sucks

@imYadav31 @Uber_Support @Uber_India After complaining to @Uber_India @Uber helpline they threatened us to not to take any legal action against him since uber's name is involved and only help which they were willing to offer was to refund the ride amount.
