@Uber can i ask how my 5 minute ride from home to work became 9 minutes out of no where? Im paying extra now for minutes that shouldnt be there. I even got verified on the app and its worse than it was a month ago

@Uber - please create a help section for riders so they may receive help when drivers cancel on them and that driver disappears. I have a serious issue that I would like to discuss with someone and your app is not allowing it to happen. The phone # won't work either. Please help!
