@txuenergy earlier today, TXU energy disconnected my power due to a system error. When I called TXU (1-800-818-6132) to report this, I was assured that my power would be reconnected within 2 hours (at the latest). That was 3.5 hours ago. It’s 46 degrees in Texas.

@txuenergy @oncor @GregAbbott_TX This explanation does not make me feel better, esp when the rates tend to increase before extreme weather events. Yall are taking food off of people's tables with high rates and passing on costs. I have lived in 4 other states and was never ever worried about my elec bill.

Dont know whats going on but @txuenergy smoking crack. Electricity bill is $800 this month. Weather been normal but it's a 3x increase from last month.

Why the enormous bill increases @txuenergy and @atmosenergy? I was in town for only 14 days last bill cycle, with a broken heater for one week I was here, but my bills still almost doubled. Does excessive cold legitimately test the grid that much?
