@TPG_Telecom I did. I called and message too. I have been with no internet since 10am. No update or whatsoever even though at 1pm I was told that a technician was already on sight. Is almost 11pm and no changes.

@TPG_Telecom Hi, my internet is down for 2 days !!! Ticket no 13441684 raised yesterday. Still no internet and its weekend ahead. No updates provided on the status of ticket !! I want to escalate it to ceo of tpg. Please provide ceo email id.

@TPG_Telecom I am without internet for over 24 hours. Called helpdesk, got a ticket and was told nbn will look into it. After 24 hrs, internet still not working and no updates !!! Rude engg team, says its sat sun next and i will have to be without internet for 4 days !!!!
