@TomTom Given how terrible your map data is in major cities like Greensboro, NC, I can’t imagine why anyone would trust your data. You’re also impossible to get issues resolved. Thanks, but I will stick to Waze or Google Maps. You’re a dinosaur, extinct, you just don’t know it yet.

@TomTom not wondering that you want to stop navigation equipment. The service was bad, last update for the Rider kills the date/time function an with the PC SW updates no own planning routes can be downloaded to the Rider anymore. So who wants to buy TomTom again?

Disappointing Service from @TomTom waiting a week patiently while @TomTom sorted problem to allow log into my account with new device. Tried website, Tried Messenger told my question was unrecognised. Now I’ve to wait 2 more days. Can’t see them waiting 2 weeks to take payment
