Yesterday our really old Spectrum cable DVR stopped working, and I had to slot in the replacement. Had to power-cycle it for 15s. @GetSpectrum's chatbot said: "Your Spectrum Guide and Video on Demand could take 1 hour to regenerate." They want to sell me internet over this???

Bruh. If you ever have to choose between anyone else and @GetSpectrum internet, choose anyone else. I have had the WORST time in the last 10 months. Faulty routers. Multiple outages for the wind blowing. Horrendous customer service. And costs for speeds I’m never reaching.…

No one will tell me my new Spectrum acct number and Spectrum app only has news. Where are all my channels I pay for? Plus many apps not working now asking Spectrum infoRelated Services
