@Ask_Spectrum My self-owned modem got deactivated from your end after being used for a year or two. Now my internet is throttled and they cant activate it. I was emailed about maintenance from 6a to 4p but it is now 10p.

@GetSpectrum It’s really awesome to get home to my internet being out…AGAIN. For the 20th time (not exaggerating) since Thursday. I’m lucky if I get 30 consecutive minutes of internet at this point. I’m not happy. A change might be on the horizon…

@GetSpectrum If you can avoid it, dont use spectrum. They make you pay extra for mid speed and "planned maintenance" kicks you off your connection with no announcements

@Ask_Spectrum Prices go up. Service gets worse. Going on 5 hours with no internet service. Will be switching to Altafiber the second they are available in my area.
