@Ask_Spectrum why does my interent keep going out every five minutes? It works for five, goes out for five. I've reset my router, unplugged it, nothing is working. You keep saying there is an outage in my area for TV, but not for internet. What is going on?

Once again @GetSpectrum proves that they are a horrible company with horrible services. Paying almost $200 for shoddy service is just the new norm I guess.

@Ask_Spectrum I got a second internet account 30 miles away from the first one. 1) why can't the phone app let me choose which router to work with? 2)why can't my internet account use one pin and one sign-in for the two locations. 3) why won't the router(s) connect to windows 10?Related Services
