@Ask_Spectrum so I love how I call to request to cancel my service and the agent says ok but then tells me I have to speak to retentions and they say I have no active account not to mentions fails to tell me I am being put on hold, lack of communication to me, real smart
@GetSpectrum My bill just went from $67 a month to $92 a month for services AT&T would charge $45 for. Spectrum doesnât care if I leave, soâŠ.
