@Ticketmaster just downgraded my VIP ticket for @JoynerLucas concert on my birthday to a GA ticket and won’t explain why or issue a refund!!!! This is illegal bait and switch tactic, they need to be investigated!!!!

@Ticketmaster Haven’t bought a ticket from you in YEARS. Trying to grab one this morning and I can’t even sign into my account. Getting error messages and all sorts of BS. So looks like nothing has changed… ugh

@Ticketmaster um excuse me you guys took money from my friends account but didn't give tickets... then claimed it was an error but still took money from the account??? either give tickets or give the money back NOW.

@musicalwheels @Ticketmaster So its not nostalgic "passes" its the version, rather ,the way they printed onto the ticket... see how the one version is going up and down, and the other is going across? Across is how tickets are usually printed, not how I received mine.
