Repost, reply, interact so more see this story. I'll take ownership that I moved too quick without reading the details but it doesn't change that @Ticketmaster is an absolutely predatory, scammer company with unethical business practices. More artists should leave them behind.

Someone accessed my @ticketmaster account and changed the phone number to theirs, but I'm not really sure how bc I never got a text or email to change the number? But it was terrifying bc Ticketmaster doesn't have MFA and that means they could easily steal my tickets!
