@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline Are you aware of the game-breaking lag spikes since you released Necrom DLC? I could be fighting a boss and the game will freeze for 10 seconds or so. It's not my connection, all the other games I play work fine. I'm not renewing my ESO Plus until you fix this.

@Myronb58 @TESOnline I had a similar issue when I requested gifting for my alt account. I put in a ticket and it wasn't the right ticket path so I had to resubmit on my end. It ended up taking a few extra days. To be fair, support did walk me through the exact path to resubmit.
