@verminjerky @TESOnline In my opinion, if there's an issue so bad that people can't log in, Crown store time frames should be extended the same amount that was lost. They do it with yearly events, provided there isn't another yearly event butted right up to it, there's no reason not to with crown store.

@TESOnline TBH those that are locked out deserve more than what is mentioned. giving them another code to play the game negates any progress they'd have made on their main account, and that's really not fair to them. Especially if they have ESO+, compensation needs to occur for that too.

@verminjerky @TESOnline And that whole "Some people get paid on the 15th" thing, played on PTS in the meantime, just bought crowns to buy the house that's leaving, and got locked out. And while ZOS fixes this, any unlucky folks who needed their gifting fixed to gift it? Welp. Hope they extend that too.

@TESOnline Code for a New account? Nice, but we have to grind new characters without eso plus and dlcs to bem able to play. Hmmm seens more punishment for those who already being punished

@GinaLBruno @TESOnline Just a heads up that not all pts issues seem to be fixed. Logged in late tonight on pts for a couple minutes, logged out, shortly after got an email saying my eso plus was cancelled when I didn't cancel it. Ticket submitted just curious if these are related

Interesting. My brother logged into his @TESOnline account that he's had since November of 2021, and he's got crown gifting locked still. He submitted a ticket, but we're not sure how long it'll take to get addressed. Anyone know?
