@Telstra I can guarantee there are problems in South Toowoomba. It was all over our local news. There was a pole that was hit that is causing all the issues that has started to be fixed. I just don’t get how for 3 weeks now we as paying customers are getting lied too constantly

@Telstra Let’s put it this way. I hear they are finally fixing the issue (the pole that was knocked down) But we (I speak for about a dozen people currently at sunset Super Bowl) do not have any connection. I am sending you this when I’m on WiFi at home

@Telstra Unfortunately a whole lot of maps and unless information won’t cut it. I’m in the middle of Toowoomba and have no reception at certain places. We, as customers are paying for a premium service and we are getting a product that isn’t worth it. It needs to be addressed

Good to see so many @Telstra black spot between Glenvale and Wilsonton in Toowoomba with no ETA on it been repaired. Gotta love having full 5G reception and nothing loading or sending messages. Time to look elsewhere I think. Paying a premium for nothing. #annoyed #overit
