@FarmerTonyWhite @Telstra It’s not anticompetitive because they’re using oneweb as well. But In all fairness, it’s $10/month less to go through and speed capped at 50mbps. Would rather get the full speed and not have to deal with them at all

@Telstra They were no help today Kim. the case has been closed by ur complaints management team, despite not accepting your resolution, which goes against your complaints policy. As it’s closed I cannot escalate it and was advised by Ron to contact the TIO, so a complaint has been lodged.Related Services
