@phil_honey @betterbushcomms My biggest annoyance / frustration is to have voice calls drop out on roads where I used to have 100% coverage @Telstra ! And yes, I have a Cel -Go R41 and a good antenna

So removing graffiti on @Telstra property isn't a high priority? It is for the community that has to live with it. I'm sure if your CEO, Vicki Brandy lived in the suburb the graffiti would have been removed ASAP. You seriously can't afford 4hrs work to cover it?

@Telstra @telstra Thanks, Greg, but I don't use apps because I don't use a mobile. I can sign into my account online but it's a very difficult website to navigate, and the local Telstra shop is so understaffed as to be completely useless. Phone line help is better but slow.

@telstra just for reference, the automated phone call I received about a problem with my payment sounded just like a spam call so I rejected it. You need to do better. (I've fixed the payment, in case you're wondering)

Seriously @medibank I am waiting for a direct message. I can inform you that @Telstra communicates directly with me when I have an issue? They are responsible and try to complete excellent customer service. I am NOT going to hang on to the phone for hours and listen to a robot!
