@Telstra I can't hotspot either because my devices won't "find" the mobile...the mobile won't allow me to tap and pay even though it technically has the ability....yet I'm meant to pay for services that are below sub par....how would you feel if you missed important specialist phone calls

@Telstra Nope....I'm not....my phone decided to not charge anymore despite the cord I used and Alexander decided without authorisation to cancel my phone plan, gave no compensation for the MONTHS I've been ignored....I just wanted ny phone repaired...
