@Telstra So why address the bills to me if the account isn’t in my name? I ended up giving him my sim because even though I personally went into a shop and applied for it using my own details/identification it was eventually added to the account and I lost control of it.

@according2_taz I get a monthly bill from #telstra our phone provider every month addressed to me and me alone yet they won’t discuss any details about the account/connection unless my husband authorises it. It pisses me off no end and I will sever the account with them soon.

@Telstra There was a planned outage, they did not notify us. Then something went wrong as well. Ten effing days. A small cell unit would fit on the back of a truck. It would have made sense to bring on out & park it in the centre of town - at the very least. Should happen everywhere.

@DerylLynn @Telstra It was okay. I finally caught up on downloaded vid interviews & conferences, that was good. Frustrating & infuriating because of the disregard & disrespect shown us in regional & remote areas. They don't understand they would not exist without us providing everything they have.

@Telstra You can't do that when you've got no service. Just like the case manager ringing my mobile when my complaint was about no mobile service. We had no notification whatsoever. We can take an inconvenience if we can prepare for it. My friends rang my sister to see if I was alive.
