@Telstra Yeah good idea!!! I guess I’m talking more about on a daily basis where it takes 24 hours for a voicemail to come through or calls dropping out for no reason or dead zones that mysteriously move around.

@Telstra Why not consider changing the advert wording on your essential plan to include “$72 per month with 180gb data but remember!!! No plan is perfect!!!”
