So my recharge payment with @Telstra is somehow jammed and not getting thru to enable my data and call service. After 3 days it seems I have to wait until Monday at the earliest or maybe even another ten days My advice don't recharge close to the weekend

Just tried to buy a new phone at a @Telstra store. I was sent away because they’re too busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Asked to make an appointment for tomorrow which they can’t do because “walk ins only”, which is what I was in the first place. Appalling.
