Had a gut full of crappy #NBN speeds with @Telstra and am making the change to More Telecom. Initially have been switched to their pedestrian 50mbps while we await Fibre to the premises 200mbps connection & our internet is already much faster & reliable.

@Telstra It’s now nearly 4 months since this outage began, and yes it’s still listed as an outage on the Telstra site. Somehow it’s even worse today - 300ms pings, 1mbps speeds. I’m going to the TIO for advice since Telstra is incapable of advising what is going on.

@Telstra Sorry Tori, if you read up the thread that’s been the same reply for months. 4 months. I’m tired of getting the same message over and over and the TIO can deal with it. I’m getting nowhere here, and my phone is barely functional in this location which is unacceptable.

@Optus Hi Optus…. Your overseas call centre is shit…. Don’t listen and so noisy… in branch staff at MacArthur Square have been great.. I was told by your call centre to call Hotmail to fix my problem… I wouldn’t get this at #Telstra
