@Telstra Sorry Tori, if you read up the thread that’s been the same reply for months. 4 months. I’m tired of getting the same message over and over and the TIO can deal with it. I’m getting nowhere here, and my phone is barely functional in this location which is unacceptable.

@Telstra It’s now nearly 4 months since this outage began, and yes it’s still listed as an outage on the Telstra site. Somehow it’s even worse today - 300ms pings, 1mbps speeds. I’m going to the TIO for advice since Telstra is incapable of advising what is going on.
