@Telstra It says no known outages. I can't possibly be the only person in Far North Queensland that had a problem?

@Telstra Mobile phone service. Allegedly 4G. I'd say the network is not able to keep up with demand and any suggestions you make such as 'have you tried resetting ' is futile and makes no difference

@Telstra Great so as I previously stated my husband will be changing providers very soon so the bill for his phone can go to him and not me because my phone is already with another provider and they bill me separately! #telstra

@Telstra It shouldn't be hard. Should be a level playing field. City people need to realise they couldn't live where they live if we didn't live where we live. You'd have nothing if we didn't provide it.

@Telstra Actually, "rural" is one thing, but *remote* is entirely different. We're 100km from the next town (as opposed to a couple small clusters of homes). Rural you don't have to go far to communicate. We have to drive an hour, dodging cows horses pigs kangaroos dingoes birds...

@Telstra I moved home to a new address where NBN is not available and Telstra wouldn’t offer broadband over Opticom so cancelled the service - so why am i being billed the same for a service not provided? The online chat app is crap
