@Telstra How hard is it to get connected to NBN. Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. A technician comes and advises can't do a connection without access to neighbours property. Tried to find out what needs to be done no one can tell me.

@Telstra It just shows this country isn’t anywhere near ready to fully embrace going all digital. Not only are your regular consumers unable to use the service but multiple businesses in my area are now closed due to their terminals not working for payment. Where is your system redundancy
