@garetheowen @tado I’ve had loads of issues with them too. The latest was a valve shutting off but no closing down the request for heat. We were out of town and the heating was on for four days. Lost 20% of a tank of oil, customer service gave no fucks!

@ErayM2014 @tado The tado servers were down last night. Nothing on the @tado twitter account about it. Poor from them . The service is back today but Alexa not working. Need to disable and enable the skill to get it to work .

@tado my whole system seems to have gone down, I have the whole heating system with thermostat radiators in each room but for some reason it won't log me into my account and Alexa is not seeing it at all?

@LBC @tado This does NOTHING. Why are journalists not doing their jobs and investigating these people? There's clearly some collusion going on and I'm 99% sure there is some illegal activity involving the government and contracts/connections. The media is a constant letdown.

@tado is down and now I cant adjust my heating. This is absolutely why I prefer Smart Home systems that do not rely on external apis. Smart home data should stay in the home if you want it to. Local APIs. Local APIs. Local APIs.
