Today has been fun @manxtelecom cut us off overnight without warning after the had sent the mac code - Thanks to Millie @Sureiom support, we managed to sort out the problem & she talked me through the connection. Great customer service again from @SureIOM, no comment on MT

@merimaat @manxtelecom @SureIOM I can 100% confirm all feedback any customers of sure give is passed onto the relevant person - my manager always tells me, and it's great because it helps me do my role better. I did tell my manager about your feedback on here, and he passed it to Millies manager
