@Suddenlink Care to explain exactly why the internet is DOWN here in Eastern NC when it’s currently in the Mid 50s and SUNNY OUTSIDE??? I’m starting to think the 99 percent signal reliability claim is straight up BS.

I cancelled my internet account a week ago because another co. offered fiber. They keep calling wanting to know why I left. Stop harassing me @Suddenlink. I was neutral to you. Now, I would move before using your service again. Good job.

@Suddenlink over 2 months with internet issues. At least 5 technicians have “fixed” it. Still no internet. Be better.
