I'm down in Suffolk at my parent's house - big ride planned tomorrow but lots of roads closed due to flooding today so could be interesting!

Dr Steve Ackland has just changed my anti-seizure meds so we can bring down the steroids. I’m mildly anxious because seizures are no fun. Anyway I will be watching your journey with great interest.
