@StanChart I had applied for a card in first week of March 2024 and it was approved too but hasn't been delivered yet... Upon contacting your customer care, I am getting a dated reply that we'll get back to you shortly....

@StanChart my priority banking accounts have been locked since over two weeks and your customer service won’t even reply. Your RM will not even call. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a bank.
